By accessing or using Big PDF Tools, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website, the app or their services.

You may use the service for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You are responsible for the files you select, the instructions you provide, and the results you download.

You must have the necessary ownership, permission, or other lawful authority to process each file. You may not use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or disable an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, attempts to bypass payment controls, or conduct that disrupts the service.

Some tools are free, while others may require a one-time payment or an active subscription. The applicable price, currency, access period, and payment option are displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown during checkout: Razorpay on the website, and Google Play or the App Store in the app. Subscriptions bought in the app renew automatically until cancelled in your store account; refunds for store purchases are handled under the store's policies. We do not intentionally store complete card, bank, or UPI credentials on Big PDF Tools servers.

On-device tools process files locally on your device. Server-based tools transmit files to processing infrastructure and may retain them temporarily to complete a job or provide a secured download.

You should keep your own copy of every original file and promptly save completed results. Temporary output files and download links may expire and are not intended to be permanent storage.

We work to provide reliable output, but document conversion can be affected by file corruption, passwords, unusual fonts, complex layouts, unsupported features, network conditions, or third-party infrastructure. You should review important output before relying on it.

The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, capacity, or technical reasons.

You may not overload or interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, probe security controls, access another person's account, automate abusive request volumes, resell access without permission, or attempt to obtain paid results without completing the required payment.

You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded files and generated results. Big PDF Tools retains its rights in the website, app, branding, original content, interface, and software. Additional information is available in our Copyright Policy.

We may revise these terms when the service, law, or business practices change. Updated terms apply from the date they are published on this page.
