You retain any copyright and other rights you already hold in documents, images, text, spreadsheets, presentations, and other files you process with the tools. Using Big PDF Tools does not transfer ownership of your files to us.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own the content or have permission, a licence, or another lawful basis to process, convert, modify, or download it.

You may access the website and app and use their tools for lawful personal, educational, or business purposes. You may save the output files produced for you and share links to public pages on the website.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the website, app or their code and may be withdrawn if the service is abused.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• copy or republish substantial portions of our original content or design as your own;
• sell, sublicense, mirror, frame, or create a competing service from protected parts of the website or app;

• identification of the copyrighted work;
• the exact URL and a clear description of the allegedly infringing material;

Do not send the private document you processed unless we specifically request it. Files processed locally on a visitor's device are not published to the website and generally cannot be reviewed through a public URL.
