Delete your Big PDF Tools account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or the website. Deleting it is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the Android app

  1. Open Big PDF Tools and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile (top right) → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at bigpdftools.com.
  2. Open your Dashboard → Account details.
  3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Go to Dashboard → Delete account

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, sign-in details and sessions.
  • Your Pro plan link and the history of files processed on our servers.
  • Files processed on our servers are already removed automatically within 24 hours of processing.

What is kept

  • Payment and invoice records that the law requires us to keep (for tax purposes), held by us and our payment providers for the required period.
  • Files on your own phone or computer — they are never on our servers unless you process them with a server tool.

A subscription bought through Google Play is not cancelled by deleting the account — cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Can't sign in? Email contact@bigpdftools.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it within 7 days.
